- Non-Refundable Items: Final sale items, used items, or returns requested after 14 days are not eligible for refunds.
- Store Credit Option: Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive an extra 10% bonus.
- Lost Packages: If marked as delivered, contact the courier. We can assist with tracking but cannot refund lost or stolen packages.
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Requests to cancel or change an order must be made within 24 hours.
